By accessing and using this Image to Text conversion service ("Service"), which operates via a Telegram bot, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this Service.

This Service provides Optical Character Recognition (OCR) functionality to extract text from images. The Service is delivered through a Telegram bot, which means you must have a Telegram account and access to the Telegram messaging platform to use this Service.

The Service processes images uploaded by users and returns extracted text. The Service uses automated OCR technology and does not involve manual review of your images.

3. OCR Accuracy Disclaimer

Important: While we strive to provide accurate text extraction, OCR technology is not 100% accurate. The accuracy of extracted text depends on various factors including:

• Text clarity and font type
• Image orientation and lighting
• Language and character complexity

We do not guarantee that the extracted text will be completely accurate or error-free. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of any extracted text before using it for any purpose.

4. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Upload images containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Upload images that infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Upload images containing personal information of others without consent
• Use the Service to process images in violation of any applicable laws or regulations

6. Limitation of Liability

• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service, or if the Service is provided free of charge, our liability is limited to zero.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any images you upload and any text extracted from those images. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the text extraction service.

8. Third-Party Services

This Service operates through the Telegram messaging platform. Your use of Telegram is subject to Telegram's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for Telegram's services, policies, or any issues that may arise from your use of Telegram.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
